Orders under 50 units are typically fulfilled within 7 business days. For larger orders, fulfilment time will be confirmed upon placement.

All payments are required in full prior to dispatch.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

• Local Delivery: Complimentary delivery is available within 20km of Peregian beach for wholesale orders over $300.
• Shipping: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Standard courier service will be used unless express delivery is requested.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@indieroserituals.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prompt replacement.

Please note that any issues occurring after delivery — including in-store breakage, storage conditions, or theft — are the responsibility of the stockist and are not covered by Indie Rose.
