Our journey is one of remembering—remembering the journey of dissolving into the earth, into our soul, unfiltered, through the vessels of our bodies. In this liminal descent you are called to use deep imagery to root & ground yourself to the depths of presence, using a specific breath-work & laying on your back you allow ecstasy & bliss to ripple through you.  This is a reclamation of self, setting the intention to unearth your deepest desires & all that your body & soul came here to experience.

This journey can be practiced daily for 10 days, around your other practices.  We recommend you spend around 15 minutes minimum per day with these ritual practices.

What your will receive:

• INTRODUCTION AUDIO to use each morning or evening, you will be guided through a practice that bring your awareness into your central energy centres as you melt into the depths. 

• INTENTION SETTING AUDIO to bring you into this moment, set your intention for you intimate vision quest, as you prepare to enter your journey our founder Claire will guide you in & share her wisdom on how best to practice these rituals & work with them to dissolve you into your sensual bliss.

• GUIDED MEDITATION AUDIO to use as you feel, created with spoken word, mantra, and music produced uniquely for us using healing HZ. Our ANANDA audio is soft & gentle, stirring the deeper states of ecstasy in your body.  This audio is 11 minutes long.

All our meditation music has been created specifically for INDIE ROSE & is completely unique using healing HZ. You will receive all via a mp3 file upon confirmation of your purchase & via email. You have lifetime access to these files to use in ritual whenever you need a deep holding & immersive experience.
